Wearing black Converse tennis shoes, black pedal pushers andp the omnipresent cardigan, First Lady Michelle Obama hosted several Washington area school children for some outdoor exercise on the South Lawn. Research has shown that it isn't enough to exercise for 30 minutes a day if you are a couch potato and working at a desk the rest of the day.
